I had a very disappointing experience with Udhayakumar from DJ Power, who was assigned by Exide for my car battery warranty service. Despite his reputation for being knowledgeable, he failed to understand my concerns regarding the extra charges for the warranty battery. When I raised this issue, he responded very rudely, even using a threatening tone. Such behavior is unacceptable. He comes across as extremely money-minded and his charges are higher compared to other sources. I had been to DJ Power when my car battery failed. Mr Udaya Kumar gave me good guidance on buying the replacement battery (especially after enquiring about the usage of my car).
